Gold in the Sky

When we hear the word  "Star" Our mind would think of the twinkling dots of light in the Night sky. but there is a much closer and much brighter star which we can see in the Day time : The Sun 

It's important to pay homage to our dearest star , let's take a deep dive into the sun.

Sun is 4.6 billion years old. The diameter of the sun is extremly huge and It makes our earth look small , very small . In fact , 1.3 million earth could fit inside the sun .

The Sun is a Ball of gas made up mostly of Hydrogen.it has no solid surface unlike our earth . After all the Hydrogen in the sun has burned out , it will burn its helium for another  130 million years !  On that time Sun will expand to engulf mercury , venus and earth . If Humans are still alive at that time , they will need to find another Planet to survive ! 

The Sun is currently a Yellow dwarf , Towards the end of it's life it will become a red giant and then a white dwarf .

This is so interesting , Our weight on the sun would be 27 times weight on earth , For example , If you weigh 75 kilos on Earth , your weight would be 2,025 kilos on the sun . In space the Sun appears in white color not Yellow.

Without the Sun, there would be no life on earth , because Sun produces energy that supports all life through the process " Photosynthesis" . without the Sun , we literally would not be here.

" Ô, Sunlight! The most precious gold to be found on Earth".
