Life in 20's

In our childhood's we used to think 20's will be the best period of our life right ?
Like finishing up the studies, grabbing the job , exploring the world Etc..
But the truth is 20's hit like a storm—restless, uncertain, and always chasing something just out of reach you crave everything all at once—freedom, purpose, love—and yet nothing ever feels enough. There is always an urge to do everything and settle in life before 30 . We’re all racing to build a life before 30, but seriously, who wrote that rulebook?"
Being in my early 20's I even gave up the quality of appreciating little things around me  and being grateful for what I have.
The social media era often creates the illusion that life must be perfectly curated, financially successful, and seamlessly aligned—but in reality growth is a slow and steady process which actually takes time and doesn't need to be perfect all the time .

All we truly need is the heart to embrace life, to do our best, appreciate what surrounds us instead of being hard on ourselves , spread love . As because The journey is more important than the destination.

Live in the Moment 💛

Live ✨
Live in the Moment . So how can we ?

First of all , Make yourself comfortable with everything. Peace and Happiness begins once you feel the comfort with someone or something .

Like if you're reading a book or watching a movie make a space for yourself. Find a place where you can be more relaxed with .
Whatever you do , do it whole heartedly.

Enjoy all the cute tiny things around you, Joy can be found in little things .They become the cornerstone of our days and they create the life we live.

A small little bites tastes better than the big cornetto. 10 - 20 minutes of a deep nap can give you a happy feel than the 9-10 hours of Sleep . Feel it !

Enjoy the little things that are happening around you, because it’s not how much we have, but how much we enjoy that makes happiness.

cherish the moments, for you’ll one day realize these were the big moments.

“A good life is a collection of happy moments.” – Denis Waitley

Enjoying the life doesn't only mean dancing in the rain or traveling around the world. Happiness lies within your Heart . Sometimes there is greatest Joy in gazing at the mountain than climbing it .

Miracles happen in moments.
Live for you , live for the moment ❤️

This too shall pass ✨

One of the most important life lessons a person can learn is, “This too shall pass”.
This Pandemic . This situation. This day. Everything will pass. This will be a rip-roaring story to our next generation.

"This too shall pass ". This is a happy Phrase to ponder.  without this constant state of transition, nothing could ever become.  Without the transition from day to night, you could see no stars.  Things must change.

When we're mindful of the impermanent nature of things . It makes us appreciate what we have, right here, right now. It erases our expectations from the future. It wipes away any assumptions we have for how things might someday be.
Beautiful things will happen, enjoy them, but they too shall pass,  Awful things will happen as well, endure them, because they too shall pass.

Be in tune with that and you’ll find lasting happiness.

Delicious Love 💛

Food is not simply a stuff that people eat when their hungry. Food is awesome, delicious, inventive, colorful,  and so much more. A mutual love of food can bring different people together .There's nothing better than having your whole family  around the same table for dinner. Food is a catalyst that brings people together.

You can always turn to food to make you feel better, even if it is just for a little bit.
Food makes everything more fun and it's a great way to get friends together  Remember of Having a raw Mango with chilli powder and salt  we will mix it together ..Eyes will turn red because of spiciness but we will enjoy it thoroughly.

Sipping coconut water  in between a travel is a kind of happiness ... also when the vendor breaks the coconut and softly take that sweet tender part ,  that melting bite is a pure bliss.

After a hectic class hours , the first bite of  our canteen Samosa will give a heavenly feel . Nothing is more heartening and as ludicrously irresistible than a hot samosa.

Home made Biryani's on Sundays are always special ,nothing can beat the feel of taking a nap after a full stomach with completely satiated taste buds.

Making food on our own gives us Special feel ...after serving the food to our loved ones we will eagerly wait for their first reaction these are the little and beautiful things that gives us immense happiness.

On summer days , when we are completely drained out , A Glass of chill rose milk can bring butterflies in our stomach .
I love the last part of Ice cream cones that chocolate filled layer after having the cold creamy part this chocolate layer will give a kind of warmth that's a wonderful feel .

So, enjoy your feasting. It’s a love that can really last. Keep eating !

Christmas Star

A rare, spectacular sky event is about to unfold near the end of this year & it’s the greatest conjunction ever witnessed in our lifetime!
Jupiter and Saturn will form rare "Christmas Star" on winter solstice
On December 21, Jupiter and Saturn will appear closer in Earth’s night sky that hasn't been seen in roughly 800 years. Astronomers are calling it the Great Conjunction of 2020.
Jupiter and Saturn get extremely close to one another. This occurs because Jupiter orbits the sun every 12 years, while Saturn's orbit takes 30 years — every couple of decades, Jupiter laps Saturn, according to NASA 2020's conjunction is especially rare — the planets haven't been observed this close together.
Before 2020 comes to a close, Jupiter and Saturn will be so close that they will appear to form a "double planet." sky.Humanity won’t have to wait quite as long to see the solar system’s two largest planets repeat this month's performance, though. Another Great Conjunction will occur in 2080. Of course, many of us alive today won’t be around then, so it would be wise to soak in this show while you can.
Here are the great conjunctions dates from 2000 to 2100 viewed from our planet Earth.

May 28, 2000
December 21, 2020
October 31, 2040
April 7, 2060
March 15, 2080
September 18, 2100

This year’s great conjunction will be very special due to the close proximity of the two planets. On December 21, 2020.
Don't miss it guys !!

The Month of Joy

When the cool winds blow, when the pretty Christmas decorations reflect the cheerful festive spirit, when beautiful tree lights can be seen from people’s windows, when the Christmas carols are echoing in the air, and families gather to enjoy full house feasts, when you can see the brand new year right around the corner, that’s when you know the month of lights is here. Yes, it’s December.

December is where the story of a year stops, when it all comes to a conclusion, when you can see the line drawn between an ending and a new beginning, and you are to choose what to hold on to, to bring along to your new ride, and what to let go of and leave behind. That’s the definition of December, and undoubtedly it is the beautiful month of the year !

Christmas…!
It’s full of colours, celebrations, presents, decorations; happiness is simply flying in the air. December is the month that brings Christmas home, and Christmas brings families together. Even if you don’t celebrate Christmas, no one is immune to the infectious positive vibes. Nothing beats curling up on the sofa with a fuzzy blanket and a bowl of cookies to watch a classic Christmas movie like Home Alone for instance. Life just can’t get any better.
It provides a proper farewell to the current year, and an enthusiastic welcome party to the brand new year. No month, other than the one and only December, can do both at the same time.

December might be the last month of the year, but it is the first month of winter. Winter is so poetic, romantic and just dreamy.it’s when the pace of life slows down, when you can smell fresh winter air, you snuggle up to someone you love, curl up with a book and just have a moment to be grateful for your life. December always has something whimsical to offer.

We need a reminder from time to time to pause and count our blessings. December provides us with this opportunity, a chance to remember how incredibly fortunate we are to have those we love around us during the holidays.when you reach the end of something, you can look back and start to analyse, start to pinpoint your mistakes and your right calls. What better month than December, the last month of the year, to figure this out! Before you wrap up your year, reflect on the things you did, learn from them, embrace it all and then move ahead in life.

It’s few weeks away from a fresh start
And here comes the best trait about December, you’re only a few weeks away from a fresh start. People always talk about second chances, new beginnings, though all they have to do is look at the calendar. Why waste our time blue sky thinking about what if we can start all over again though December is making that possible for us? The month encourages us to take advantage of it, to use it as an opportunity to plan out a better tomorrow, to map out a more successful year, and when we do so, we feel ready to cross that line between the ending and the beginning of a new year.

There you have it! As you can see, the most wonderful time of the year is upon us! So get out and go enjoy it! Make it a December to remember.
Happy December ..!!

How Did the Solar System Form?

In Today's post lets see how the  Solar system has formed ?

The solar system is a pretty busy place. It got all kinds of planets, moons, asteroids, and comets zipping around our Sun.
But how did this busy stellar neighborhood come to be?

Our story starts about 4.6 billion years ago, with a wispy cloud of stellar dust.
This cloud was part of a bigger cloud called a nebula.

At some point, the cloud collapsed—possibly because the shockwave of a nearby exploding star caused it to compress.

When it collapsed, it fell in on itself, creating a disk of material surrounding it.

Finally the pressure caused by the material was so great that hydrogen atoms began to fuse into helium, releasing a tremendous amount of energy. Our Sun was born!

Even though the Sun gobbled up more than 99% of all the stuff in this disk, there was still some material left over.

" Bits of this material clumped together because of gravity. Big objects collided with bigger objects, forming still bigger objects. Finally some of these objects became big enough to be spheres—these spheres became planets and dwarf planets".

Rocky planets, like Earth, formed near the Sun, because icy and gaseous material couldn’t survive close to all that heat.
And like that, the solar system as we know it today was formed.
This is the Story of our Solar System .

Where Do Old Satellites Go When They Die ?

We know satellites are used for research purpose and used by television companies for our own entertainment.
Like every other machine, satellites do not last forever , eventually all satellites grow old, wear out, and die, just like old washing machines and vacuum cleaners . But what happens to them then ?

Two things can happen to old satellites:
depending on how high the satellite is. For the closer satellites, engineers will use its last bit of fuel to slow it down. That way, it will fall out of orbit and burn up in the atmosphere.

The second choice is to send the satellite even farther away from Earth. It can take a lot of fuel for a satellite to slow down enough to fall back into the atmosphere. That is especially true if a satellite is in a very high orbit.

These objects might not entirely burn up before reaching the ground. There is a solution—spacecraft operators can plan for the final destination of their old satellites to make sure that any debris falls into a remote area.
This place even has a nickname—the Spacecraft Cemetery! It’s in the Pacific Ocean and is pretty much the farthest place from any human civilization you can find.
“Graveyard orbits”
What about those higher satellites we blast farther away? Those we send into a “graveyard orbit.” This is an orbit almost 200 miles farther away from Earth than the farthest active satellites. And it’s a whopping 22,400 miles above Earth!
some of these satellites will remain in orbit for a very, very long time. Perhaps someday in the future, humans may need to send “space garbage trucks” to clean these up. But for now, at least, they will be out of the way.

Happiness is ...

There are so many things around us to be grateful for !

Greeting the New day with a stretch and a yawn ☀︎
( waking up by the time you wish is a kind of blessing )

A first cup of morning coffee ☕︎
with a perfect sweet and bitterness !

scribbling on a clean black board シ︎.
(Remember , In those inspection days we use to clean the whole class and black board with a wet cloth , would love to write on the shiny clean black board with a soft white chalk ).

Happiness is

Riding cycle in the rain on a clean road ☔︎
Running in hand to hand for no reason😀
Watching sunshine through the leaves✨
Watching stars from the quiet , dark spot 🌠
Finding the missing glasses 🤓
The sound of wind chimes ✨
writing our initials on the beach sand !
When the theatre lights goes down !
A chill soda after a heavy lunch !
That unexplainable happiness when our Prayers get answered ! 💛

If you've had a rough day and nothing seems to be going  right , Take a moment to think of the little things that are going right .✨💕

Why the Space is cold ?

Have you ever thought why the space remains cold though the Sun is so hot at it's Centre ?
It Sound's so mystical !
But the fact is so simple , Since there is no matter to absorb heat, the temperature of the objects in the space will remain the same for a long time.
Hot objects stay hot and cold things stay cold.
But, when the sun’s radiations enter the earth’s atmosphere, there is a lot of matter to energize. Hence, we feel the radiation of the sun as heat.

Even when a rock is heated above 100°C by the sun’s radiation, the space around it will not absorb any temperature because of the same reason. "When there is no matter, temperature transfer does not take place" That's the thing !
Hence, even when the sun is hot, space remains cold as ice !

And Here is a one more intersting thing about  us and Stars .
We are the way to know the universe , Atoms in our body travelled long way from a Supernova explosion . So literally we are a Star Stuff !
We are not simply human beings evolved from nature. Nature built up because of the collision of stars .
we are extremely lucky to experience this planet of paradise. Every breath we take reminds us that the universe's consciousness is living inside of us. ✨

Stray Star : A Cosmic Glow ✨

Something New and Interesting !
STRAY STAR : A Stray star  is a massive one  and does not bound to any galaxies in the Universe , also it does not possess the properties of a Star.
Stray stars are also called as intergalactic stars or rogue stars.

These Rogue Stars  are "homeless". They were thrown out of their home galaxies because of some particular significant events .

Stray Stars are  Scattered in Space. These stars have been stripped from their parent galaxies by gravitational interactions !
These Stars looks like a  Glow of light in the Sky ."The CIBER rocket experiment detected this  infrared background glow in the sky" Large number of stars flung out as galaxies.
And This is so common in our universe , Our own Milky Way galaxy will collide with the Andromeda galaxy in about 5 billion years, tossing stars out into space. Though the process is gravitationally chaotic, the stars are far away from each other and will not directly collide.

It is commonly believed that Stray stars may primarily have originated from extremely small galaxies, since it is easier for stars to escape a smaller galaxy's gravitational pull, than that of a large galaxy.

The total light produced by these stray stars is about equal to the background light we get from counting up individual galaxies !

The first Stray stars were discovered in the Virgo cluster of galaxies.
As of 2015, approximately 675 Stray stars have been discovered at the edge of the Milky Way, towards the Andromeda Galaxy.
This Stray stars may explain strange cosmic glow .

A recent image from NASA's Hubble Space Telescope of a cluster of galaxies shows the same type of star glow as seen by CIBER only at smaller scales.

Bliss of Solitude ✨

S𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆 !  Such a beautiful one , It is the foundation of self love !
When we spend time in solitude we will start learning about ourselves and we start hearing intuition over fear . There will be no longer confusions as you start  experiencing a deeper clarity in every aspect of your life .

'Solitude’ is the best stage of life. mostly people connects it with loneliness but it not about being lonely but it is about being happy in the company of our self. In the silent hours of night and  in the fresh  early mornings it feels delightful to enjoy your company !

Ode on Solitude
- Alexander Pope

Happy the man, whose wish and care
A few paternal acres bound,
In health of body, peace of mind,
Quiet by day,
Sound sleep by night;
In this poem Pope says that the solitude is the blessed thing of life.

when I am alone, I play serene, soothing music. I love to fill the air with a wonderful fragrance. I love to create an atmosphere for myself of beauty that fills all the senses. I will fill vases with fragrant flowers, and place them in each room.
When you are on your own , make each moment important, make it an event for yourself. You can easily do this, for example by setting for yourself a beautiful place for your lunch. Make it a memorable, thoughtful event.
Embrace your moments of solitude. Find the bliss in these times. Make every moment a count. Every day and every opportunity is precious. Blissful solitude is a gift we give to ourselves.
You can't really love others if you don't love yourself first , you can't really understand others when you don't even understand yourself !
Celebrate and Embrace Solitude !

Heidi : Girl of the Alps

Heidi !!
Probably everyone's Favorite Cartoon series .Every Saturday and Sunday, I used to tune into Cartoon Network to watch “Heidi” between 1pm-2pm.

Heidi marked a very special memory for me. Heidi told the story of a little girl who found so much joy in the simple things – a green meadow, a breath of fresh air, and the beauty of nature.
Her simple lifestyle admires me a lot . Her small and beautiful hut at the slope of swiss  was graceful ! Behind the hut stood three big Pine trees and she has a charming resting place , a little bed all piled up with hay where she can see the beautiful mountains through the open hole .

Heidi and her  Grandpa used to make fresh butter themselves , They has a pet St. Bernard named "Josef," Their relationship is so soulful without any expectations.

Heidi has a lot to do with all of this and many other quirks revolving nature.
I would never miss watching Heidi. It made me fall in love with the Swiss Alps, the countryside, and the character, Heidi.

To this day, I love walking on grass, do my best to appreciate nature and enjoy the breath of fresh air.  In my head, I wanted to be like her, compassionate, full of energy, adored by everyone in her town, and wise. So wise !
she was happy with the simplest things in life . That's the important one , we should learn to be happy and satisfied with simplest things in our lives !

There is nothing else like the joy of last in the little things !

Love over clouds
I absolutely love observing clouds . There's something fascinating about how they form shapes and glow in the golden hour light . Also they are Always a surprise.
Balcony Garden
Favorite corner in My Home.
Sitting alongside the plants, listening to some music, staring into some of the flowers . A butterfly will come flying towards me ! It will be so relaxing .
Beauty of Sunrise and Sunsets
Many times that I felt like my eyes are filled with worries about life, I try to watch a sunset and suddenly my mood changes.  It’s a proven mood booster. Then I make it a habit to appreciate the sunrise every morning and gaze with a grateful heart at the sunset at the end of the day.
Box of Memories
Old Photographs can bring more happiness. It feels so good to revisit the time and relive those Memories .

yes ! These are some lovely and beautiful things around us.

A Fresh Start

The mind is everything. What you think, you become.
– The Buddha
And it’s not just “what” you think but “how” you think!

The power of positive thinking has a basis in physics. Since everything is energy and everything has a specific vibration

The happy, positive, successful people choose to see beauty and blessings in everything. They see the silver lining and the opportunities.

Life truly is what you make it.
Make it positive!
In this tough time we may have many unshared and untold feelings within us!
It may be unnamed too !!
The initial period of Lockdown seems bit relaxing but it sucks now !

Right now I wish , overlooking a gushing river with clean water surrounded by tall pine trees and listening to sounds of the wind blowing through them breathing the fresh mountain air.
Missing those random vacations !
Yet !
we can find some happiness in little things  too ,
A spectacular Sunset ! there a days when the clouds paint a stunning picture and they bring the best out of sunlight by ironically blocking the sun. Such moments make us forget time and everything else.

I love listening to songs while lying down on the bed with a calming soft light enough to make a calm mood . Takes me to a different world and helps to forget all the worries  and thoughts that might be crowding inside my mind . A way to freedom !

Sometimes, you just need to feel something. To awaken you from the blur of daily living.
This Sunday gave me some Spare time to relax myself and it feels great to share my thoughts through writing .
I felt a need to write and I think this is the Perfect time to share it again . Sending you all good vibes !

The Oort Cloud

Our solar system has number of sources of asteroids , comets and other bodies. Here The  Oort cloud is one of those ! let's see in deep !

The Oort Cloud is a  Predicted shell of icy objects that lie beyond the Kuiper Belt, It is a spherical shell of cometary bodies that surrounds the sun .
It  is a giant spherical shell surrounding the rest of the solar system. It is like a big, thick-walled bubble made of icy pieces of  the sizes of mountains and sometimes larger. The Oort Cloud might contain billions, or even trillions, of objects in it .
"The Oort Cloud is the boundary of the Sun's gravitational influence, where orbiting objects can turn around and return closer to our Sun."
This Oort cloud are not capable of supporting life . But for all that it's big and thick ,scientists have never actually seen the Oort cloud Because it is  too far away but it's existence has many proofs .
It's beautiful !!

August's Night Sky

August 2020 is going to be a Treat for astronomy buff's. Step outside anytime this month just before the stroke of midnight and you’ll be able to see two bright naked-eye planets.
August gives us a better view of Jupiter and Saturn in the evening sky. That’s because these two worlds remain bright and beautiful throughout August, yet appear higher up in the sky at nightfall.

For the first time since the year 2000, Jupiter and Saturn are going to  show their great conjunction in 2020, Astronomers use the word conjunction to describe meetings of planets and other objects on our sky’s dome. Here we  use the term great conjunction to describe a meeting of the king planet Jupiter and golden Saturn. This August 2020 presents a fine time to start watching these worlds.

August 2020 presents 4 of the 5 bright solar system planets. Catch Jupiter and Saturn at nightfall and throughout most of the night, Mars between late evening and dawn, Venus in the dawn sky. Mercury from the morning to evening sky, and is pretty much lost in the solar glare.

Be curious ! Look up and Stay Amazed !

Moon : The Stupendous beauty of Sky

The brightest and largest object in our night sky, "The Moon " makes our Earth a more livable planet . The moon was a wraith-silver disc hanging in the lonely sky.
The month of August brings us a bunch of opportunities to see the Moon posing with the planets.
The New Moon brings a new cycle of life into flow. It is all about fresh energy, new power, birthing a new age.

let's see how The Moon was made!

The most widely-accepted explanation is that the Moon was created when a rock the size of Mars slammed into Earth, shortly after the solar system began .

  • The dark side of the moon is a myth  ! We can see only one face of the Moon from Earth. This is because the Moon rotates around on its own axis in exactly the same time it takes to orbit the Earth, meaning the same side is always facing the Earth.
  • The Moon is drifting away from our Earth.
The Moon is moving approximately 3.8 cm away from our planet every year. It is estimated that it will continue to do so for around 50 billion years. By the time that happens, the Moon will be taking around 47 days to orbit the Earth instead of the current 27.3 days
  • A person would weigh much less on the Moon.
The Moon has much weaker gravity than Earth, due to its smaller mass, so you would weigh about one sixth (16.5%) of your weight on Earth.
  • The Moon has no atmosphere.
This means that the surface of the Moon is unprotected from cosmic rays, meteorites and solar winds, and has huge temperature variations. The lack of atmosphere means no sound can be heard on the Moon, and the sky always appears black .
The Moon is a beautifully on it's own !
  • " Bathed in the light of the sun, the moon was more beautiful than even the stars around."
